Schedule Your Appointment

Let's get started.

Click the Schedule Now round button on the right, upper corner of your screen which will take you to a listing of my services.

Choose the service you'd like to schedule.

Complete the form. If you provided your contact details before, enter your email address and it will identify you in the system so you won't need to re-enter everything a second time.

If you purchased a package and want to schedule subsequent sessions (your second and third and so on), use the booking option “Schedule Pre-Paid Heart Wall Session #2 or #3” or “Schedule Pre-Paid Let It Go Session #2 or #3”. In doing so, it will not ask you to pay again for services you’ve already paid for.

Within my scheduling system, you have an Account which can help you as you work with me.  To access it, go to the right, upper gray button on the top of your screen where you'll have access to scheduling, sending messages, my phone number and making payment. 

When you open your Account page, you'll find 2 tabs at the top of the page - Home and Activity History Activity History includes just that, a history of our emails including Session Notes I send after your appointment, as well as a history of your appointment bookings and payments.   I believe you'll find it to be a very handy resource.


Make your payment

I require payments to be made by the time of your appointment. My scheduling system provides direct access to make payments using PayPal, credit cards and debit cards. You will be given the option of paying when you schedule your appointment.

Use the Make a Payment button to the right of your screen button here to go directly to the site. If needed, I can easily email an invoice as well.


What's in your baggage?

Before your session, make a list of your life or health problems and what you’d like to see changed.  Consider health, wealth, relationships, job and career, life stressors and so on.

   What are your top life or health problems? ​

​   What kinds of major life and health challenges or traumas have you had?

​   What's your goal? What would you like to see happen?

Tip - Drink water before your session so you're well hydrated and have drinking water handy during your session.


Call me for your session

If this will be a phone session, you'll call me. If I don't pick up right away, it is likely that I'm finishing up with another client and so will call you back as soon as I am free.

For internet Skype sessions, please let me know when you make the appointment that you'd like to connect by Skype and provide your Skype address. 


What to expect after the release

Generally, my clients tell me they feel lighter, more peaceful and less anxious than they did when we started the call.  Following the session, I suggest you stay hydrated.

Within the first 24 to 48 hours, you'll be "processing".  Most don't experience any symptoms.  Those that do mention a variety of symptoms from feeling some emotional ups and downs, to sleeping very well the night after a session, to a few having some very interesting dreams.

As to results, some feel changes right away and for others, changes come over time in subtle ways.  It's possible noticeable changes won't be seen.  We have no way to know if you will or won't see the affect of the work we do.  Remember that we are working with imbalances and it's up to your body to adjust to those changes. Everyone’s experience is unique. Some may need more release work before major shifts begin to take place

However, it's possible, though we'll never know for sure, that you avoided some future health or personal problem by releasing your baggage.

Who do you work with?

I work with both adults and children and sometimes even their pets. I love working with children but will need permission from the parent or legal guardian. The child does not have to be present when we work on them. Often the parent and myself and complete the session on their behalf. If the child is old enough to understand, I can work with them directly. They often need less energy work than an adult will need.
